I practice a traditional structural style of osteopathy, integrating: Gentle joint movements, muscle stretching, massage techniques and joint manipulation when necessary.
I’m also a certified wellness coach and can work with patients to help them achieve their personal health goals.
I stay up to date with the latest exercise research and always provide simple, effective at-home routines to help reduce pain and improve function
I advocate for natural approaches and holistic remedies whenever possible, incorporating: Meditation and mindfulness , sleep optimization, intermittent fasting and use of natural products such as turmeric, Epsom salts, and medicinal mushrooms.
As a long-term cancer survivor (since 2009), I am very interested in health and longevity research.
My overall goal is to support optimal health and help prevent future illness through informed, natural, and sustainable practices.
