Hello, I am Cliff Russell, a registered osteopath based in  East Grinstead. I graduated in 2002 from the UK’s oldest and most prestigious osteopathic training institution, the British School of Osteopathy (Now known as the Health Sciences University)

How I work

  • My treatment philosophy revolves around the belief that patients hold the key to their recovery; they often just need a gentle, therapeutic nudge to set them on the right path.

  • I practice a traditional structural style of osteopathy, integrating: Gentle joint movements, muscle stretching, massage techniques and joint manipulation when necessary.

  • I’m also a certified wellness coach and can work with patients to help them achieve their personal health goals.

  • I stay up to date with the latest exercise research and always provide simple, effective at-home routines to help reduce pain and improve function

  • I advocate for natural approaches and holistic remedies whenever possible, incorporating: Meditation and mindfulness , sleep optimization, intermittent fasting and use of natural products such as turmeric, Epsom salts, and medicinal mushrooms.

  • As a long-term cancer survivor (since 2009), I am very interested in health and longevity research.

  • My overall goal is to support optimal health and help prevent future illness through informed, natural, and sustainable practices.
