Exercises for Scoliosis & General Spinal Mobility

Here at Osteo Studio, we aim to help our clients help themselves with their pain. One of the best ways to do this is to engage in exercises as well as osteopathic treatments.

For those patients who have been told by me that they have a scoliosis problem, or that they need to build up a bit more mobility in their backs, here are some excellent exercises which can help to restore movement, strength and alignment in their spines.

There are four different exercises. Please note that whilst it’s ok to do all of them, you may have been asked to concentrate on one or more for your particular problem.

Click on the links below to take you straight to the short videos which are all under 1 minute long.

Please note that if any of the exercises cause more than a mild discomfort (like a muscle stretch) then they should be discontinued.
